EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Krystina Cruz (Respondent) at the Refill Fayetteville WAL144 public water system in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Public Notice Rule (PN) as set forth in 40 C.F.R. ? 141.201 for failing to provide Public Notice for failing to submit the minimum number of one (1) valid bacteriological samples for the months of February and April 2017. The AO requires the Respondent to provide public notice for the violations stated within 30 days of receipt of the Order and to submit a copy of all public notices with accompanied signed Certificates of Delivery to EPA and ADH within 10 days of posting.
