Respondent imported ten shipments of unregistered pesticides, United Away Sanitizing Wipes. Notices of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices were not filed for four of those shipments. They have agreed to pay a penalty of $132,552 and return to compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
