Pursuant to this Administrative Order on Consent for a Removal Action, the Respondent, a non-profit corporation, will perform a removal action at the Donovan Head Start Site located at 1631 Main Street in Niagara Falls, New York. The Order also requires the Respondent to reimburse EPA?s oversight costs in connection with the work under the Order.
