On 2/23/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Medina Wipes LLC of Houston, TX. The EPA alleges that Medina Wipes violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit pesticide production reports for the 2020 and 2021 calendar years by the applicable due date. Repeat violations could subject Medina Wipes to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
