On 2/23/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Spectrum Networks LLC of Las Cruces, NM. The EPA alleges that Spectrum Networks violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit pesticide production reports for the 2020 and 2021 calendar years by the applicable due dates. Repeat violations could subject Spectrum Networks to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
