On or about June 13, 2021, an applicator for Nutrien Ag Solutions applied a RUP ENGENIA Herbicide, EPA Reg. No. 7969-472, and other general use pesticides to the incorrect sensitive crop adjacent to the target site. This was a FIFRA violation ? using a registered pesticide inconsistent with labeled directions. Firm was also a Notice of Warning for recordkeeping violations.
