On or about 1/25/2023 an off-site record review was initiated from data-mining different EPA databases for consistency with TRI reporting. It was discovered that the facility failed to timely report copper for RYs 2017, 2018, and 2019. A settlement was proposed in the amount of $58,000 and facility accepted.
