On 4/20/23, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order (ESAFO) to Equine Chemical Company (Respondent) of Haslet, TX for an alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The ESAFO alleges Respondent's failure to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2021, which is a violation of Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c). By signing the ESAFO, Respondent certifies that they have corrected the alleged violation and will pay a $500 civil penalty.
