EPA conducted an on-site inspection and compliance evaluation of the Facility from October 18, 2022, to October 20, 2022, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. EPA determined there were 8 violations for hazard assessment, process hazard analysis, operating procedures, training, and compliance audits.
