On 4/25/23, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order (ESAFO) to Smartvet USA Inc. (Respondent) of Vienna, VA, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The ESAFO alleges that Respondent failed to timely submit annual pesticide production reports for its establishments in Rogers, AR, and Quapaw, OK. By signing the ESAFO, Respondent certifies that it has corrected the alleged violations and will pay a civil penalty of $600.
