On 2/23/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to The Chemical Brothers Corporation of New Orleans, LA. The EPA alleges that The Chemical Brothers Corporation violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit pesticide production reports for the 2019, 2020, and 2021 calendar years by the applicable due dates. Repeat violations could subject The Chemical Brothers Corporation to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
