On 2/23/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Rocky Mountain Nutrition LLC of Burleson, TX. The EPA alleges that Rocky Mountain Nutrition violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit pesticide production reports for the 2019, 2020, and 2021 calendar years by the applicable due dates. Repeat violations could subject Rocky Mountain Nutrition to a civil administrative penalty, or other actions.
