On 2/23/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Boedeker Flying Service East LLC of Childress, TX. The EPA alleges that Boedeker violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to submit pesticide production reports for the 2021 calendar year by the applicable due date for its Childress and Memphis, TX facilites.
