In August 2022, the US EPA inspected the Respondent's facility in Kearny, NJ to determine compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) chemical reporting requirements. EPA identified non-reporting violations. The facility has come into compliance and will pay a penalty of $94,300.
