On 2/23/23, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 6, issued a Formal Notice of Warning under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Tac Co USA of Pampa, TX. The EPA alleges that Tac Co USA violated Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C.
