The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region IX, and SC Kona Self Storage LP ( Respondent ), having entered into the foregoing Consent Agreement, and EPA Region IX having duly publicly noticed the Stipulations and Findings and Final Order regarding the matters alleged therein. Respondent must pay a civil penalty of $53,011.
