On June 2, EPA Region 10 settled with Farmers Supply Cooperative for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Farmers Supply Cooperative failed to maintain records for the stationary pesticide container at their facility in Vale, Oregon, in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(S), 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(2)(S). The company agreed pay a civil penalty of $4,391.
