On August 30, 2022, EPA conducted a CEI Inspection of Respondent. The Potential Noncompliance Items identified during the inspection, and after the inspection when reviewing past inspection reports, include: (1) a fuel tank that was not labeled as double walled and the Site representatives didn't know if it was double walled, (2) silt fence requiring attention, (3) road sweeping / offsite requiring attention, (4) construction entrance requiring attention, (5) inlet protection requiring attention, (6) other: composite filter sock requiring attention, (7) other: slope protection requiring attention, and (8) other: housekeeping requiring attention.
