After data mining several EPA data bases it was discovered that Huntsman had failed to time report to the TRI Ethylene glycol for calendar years 2017-2020 and Nonylphenol Ethoxylates for calendar years 2019 and 2020. A proposed settlement offer was made to Huntsman of which they accepted. A CAFO was finalized and all parties signed as of May 22, 2023.
