EPA conducted a Virtual Partial Compliance Evaluation of the Facility from October 27, 2020, to January 14, 2021, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 40 CFR Part 68. Based on the information obtain, EPA determined 12 findings of violation for RMP management system, process safety information, operating procedures, operator training, mechanical integrity, compliance audits, employee participation, and contractors.
