An Expedited Settlement Agreement was issued to resolve TSCA RRP violations with Knepper Construction Company, LLC in Parker, CO. Knepper agreed to a $2000 penalty for
violations identified as a result of a March 2022 jobsite inspection. At the time of the inspection, Knepper was not a certified firm and did not maintain the required RRP records.
They have obtained lead-safe firm and renovator certifications.
