On May 16, 2023, an Expedited Settlement Agreement was issued to resolve TSCA RRP violations with Yanish Custom Exteriors in Bismarck, ND. Yanish agreed to a $2000 penalty for
violations identified as a result of a March 2022 Information Request Letter and an August 2022 jobsite inspection. Yanish was previously a certified firm but failed to obtain
re-certification from the EPA prior to performing renovations on target housing. In addition, Yanish was unable to produce records necessary to demonstrate compliance with lead
safe work practices.
