During the week of June 5, 2023, a Proposed Administrative Compliance Order (AO) will be issued to Isramco Resources, LLC (Respondent). The AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2920(b) and Part I.B. of the permit by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of an injection well located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The AO proposes to order the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use. Comments will be solicited for 30 days from the date of this notice.
