On 6/1/23, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act to CB Builder / Clyde Beaty Homes, Inc. located in Tyler, Texas. The ESAFO was issued in response to violations of the Lead Paint Renovation Repair and Painting Rule in 40 C.F.R. section 745.
