On June 5, 2023, an Expedited Settlement Agreement was issued to Majestic Painting Company in Aurora, CO, to resolve TSCA RRP violations. Majestic agreed to a $2000 penalty
for violations identified as a result of a September 2022 jobsite inspection. Majestic was not a certified firm and was also unable to produce records necessary to demonstrate
compliance with lead-safe work practices. To date, they have obtained firm certification.
