On June 5, 2023, Region 10 entered into a Clean Air Act (CAA) Administrative Compliance Order on Consent (AOC) with City of Lynnwood located in Edmonds, Washington. The AOC requires the company to comply with certain requirements applicable to its sewage sludge incinerator subject to the Federal Plan Requirements for Sewage Sludge Incineration Units, 40 C.F.R. Part 62, Subpart LLL under the Clean Air Act.
