On June 1st 2023, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent (ACOC) under its authority pursuant to RCRA 3010 to Hunting Energy Services located in Schriever, LA. The ACOC was issued in response to violations of: RCRA 3010 (a) of RCRA 42 U.S.S. 6930 (a); Notification Requirements and Failure to Operate within its Stated Generator Status. The ACOC requires Hunting Energy Services to come into compliance with ACOC and certify compliance within 30 days of file date. Hunting Energy must certify compliance to EPA Region 6 by July 1st 2023.
