After datamining several EPA databases it was discovered that Polymer Adhesives had failed to timely report 2 TRI chemicals for 3 consecutive years. A proposed settlement was made which Polymer Adhesives accepted. A Consent Agreement was filed and Polymer Adhesive agreed to pay a penalty of $37,049,
