After datamining several EPA databases it was discovered that Mueller - Oak Grove Site had failed to timely report 5 TRI chemicals to EPA at various times during reporting years 2017-2021. A proposed settlement was offered to Mueller Oak Grove of which they accepted. A CAFO was issued on June 9, 2023, to resolve the EPCRA 313 violations.
