After datamining several EPA databases it was discovered that the Mueller Ballinger site has failed to report to the TRI at various times throughout the 2017-2021 time period. A proposed settlement was offered to Mueller Ballinger of which they accepted. On June 21, 2023 a Consent Agreement was issued to Mueller Ballinger resolving the late reporting violations.
