The enclosed AO alleges violations of the concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFO) permit issued by the EPA. The violations alleged were identified by an EPA inspector during a June 7, 2022, compliance evaluation inspection of the facility. The violations alleged include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Failure to properly manage containment of all manure, litter, process wastewater
? Failure to conduct weekly visual inspections
