Millenia Products, LLC d/b/a La Palm Spa Products is in violation of the following requirements of FIFRA and the CFR:
1. Respondent violated FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A) 1AA, selling or distributing a pesticide not registered under section 3. Distribution records collected by Region 9 on February 28, 2022, found that the Respondent sold and distributed 5 cases (65 bottles) of Hospital Disinfectant
2. Misbranding: Pursuant to 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(E), it is unlawful for any person to distribute or sell any pesticide which is adulterated or misbranded.
