EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility on May 13-17, 2019, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 40 CFR Part 68. A prior inspection also had occurred on June 18-22, 2018. EPA identified 8 findings of violation. The facility agreed to complete two voluntary projects (non-SEP) for ambient air monitoring and enhancement of the leak detection program.
