An Expedited Settlement Agreement was issued to COHB Development in Golden, CO to resolve TSCA RRP violations. COHB agreed to a $2000 penalty for violations identified as a result of a March 2022 jobsite inspection. COHB was not a certified firm and was also unable to produce records necessary to demonstrate compliance with lead-safe work practices. They have obtained firm certification.
