Respondent failed to submit a Toxic Chemical Release Form/Form R for manganese and zinc compounds to EPA and to the State of North Carolina for calendar years 2019, 2020, and 2021 by July 1 of the following years.
Respondent violated the reporting requirements of Section 313 of EPCRA by failing to submit the required Form R for manganese and zinc compounds for calendar years 2019, 2020, and 2021 by July 1 of the following years, and is therefore subject to the assessment of penalties under Section 325 of EPCRA, 42 U.S.C. ? 11045.
