On July 3, 2023, EPA requested U.S. Customs and Border Protection Refuse Admission of a misbranded device. EPA determined that the quantity of Bioshift UV-C Chamber (Small/Large) was misbranded because it was not labeled with a valid EPA Producer Establishment Number. The importation of a misbranded pesticide device is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(F) of FIFRA.
