## Summary

On July 5, 2023, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to Advance Mfg. Co.'s Westfield Massachusetts facility for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Advance Mfg.
