On July 5, 2023, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to Hilton Marina Windward Yacht Yard in Newburyport Massachusetts for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Hilton Marina Windward Yacht Yard is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. The permittee is required to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. Hilton Marina Windward Yacht Yard is located in an Environmental Justice area of concern. EPA will notify the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection of our actions.
