On 7/10/23, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), as amended, to Asif Dosmohomed, d/b/a Thrift & $1.00 Mart, located in Arlington, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to violations of: Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A). The SSURO requires Thrift & $1.00 Mart to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of certain products under its ownership, control, or custody, wherever such products are located.
