EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1433(a) and Section 1433(b) of the SDWA, 42 U.S.C. ? 300i-2, to the Otis Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association PWS (Respondent) located in the Valencia County, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violations of the SDWA in that the Respondent failed to submit both an RRA and an ERP to satisfy the requirements under the SDWA. The AO requires that Respondent come into compliance with the SDWA. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 by on or before July 30, 2023.
