On 7/6/23, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act to R&B Capital located in Irving, Texas. The ESAFO was issued in response to violations of the Lead Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule in 40 C.F.R. section 745. The ESAFO requires R&B Capital to return to compliance and pay a penalty of $2,000.
