On 7/12/23, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. ? 136k(a), as amended, to 2827 Business Live Oak, Inc., dba Corner Store located in Dallas, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to a violation of: Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A). The SSURO requires 2827 Business Live Oak, Inc., dba Corner Store to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the Product under its ownership, control, or custody, wherever such products are located.
