On July 13, 2023, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order ( SSURO ) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (?FIFRA?), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), as amended, to Supermercado El Rancho Inc. located in Arlington, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to violations of: Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A). The SSURO requires Supermercado El Rancho Inc. to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the Products under its ownership, control, or custody, wherever such products are located.
