On August 30, 2023, EPA Region 10 issued an administrative penalty order to Tom Champion Builders LLC, located in Oregon, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Portland, Oregon.
