FIFRA 12(a)(1)(E): To sell or distribute a pesticide that is misbranded. Specifically, the
pesticide product is not labeled with the current approved master label. The label applied to
the product appears to be a version from July 14, 2009, or earlier. The storage and disposal
language on the applied label differs from the current approved language in that it does not
contain the following statement(s): Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this
container. Empty bag completely and dispose in. regular trash collection. Offer cardboard
container for recycling if available or dispose in regular trash collection.
