Clean harbor deer park failed to comply with these two requirement as a TSD.
a) 30 TEX Admin Code 335.152(a) (4) and 40 C.F.R 264.7 (a) (2) (v) require that manifests be submitted to EPA's e-manifest system within
30 days of the date the waste was delivered.
b) 30 TEX Admin Code 335.152(a) (22) and 40 C.F.R 265.1311(b) (2) require that manifests be certified at the time of submission.
