On 7/31/23, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), as amended, to Hiep Thai Arlington, located in Arlington, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to a violation of: Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A). The SSURO requires Hiep Thai Arlington to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the Product under its ownership, control, or custody, wherever such products are located.
