On September 6, 2023, EPA Region 10 entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement with Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport in Keyport, Washington. The facility was found to not be complying with several RCRA generator requirements, including capping of lines to prevent organic vapor releases. Under the terms of the settlement, the facility will pay a penalty of $4,500.
