Aqua Texas' Brittmoore Wastewater Treatment Facility was issued an Administrative Order on August 9, 2023, for violations of the Clean Water Act. Violations were identified during a review of the permit file and DMRs. The violations alleged are for failure to meet permit effluent limitations.
