EPA alleges that Respondent is in violation of applicable requirements in the General Compliance Provisions for Highway, Stationary, and Nonroad Programs at 40 C.F.R. Part 1068, Subpart A, ?? 1068.1 et seq., the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Stationary Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines at 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZ, and the Standards of Performance for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion Engines at 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart IIII. Respondent has until November 30, 2023 to provide all operational information beginning from July 18, 2023 and to certify full compliance with the requirements under the NESHAP ZZZZ and NSPS IIII.
